"We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves" -- Dalai Lama

How can you tell your life is out of balance? There is a harmony and a rhythm to the universe. A trip to the store and some strawberry ice-cream can solve everything for a moment. Losing your focus and losing your way start small, with a single bad choice that leads to the next and the next.

There is nothing self-pitying in that statement, there is not a hair of weakness, there is not an ounce of fear. If there is a hole in the ground, you fill it with dirt. If there is a hole in yourself, you fill it with you. No one else will fit.

The Prayer was: "Today, let me be invincible." Somewhere along the line I forgot that and fooled myself into thinking I was, on my own.

Now there is a very simple path, no slogans, no quips, no war cries. Be a good man, every day. Do right by everyone you meet. Be honest in everything you do. Help yourself and help others and let others help you. Do no harm.

Peace.
